Our plein air group headed to Pensacola Beach today to paint, hoping to see the tiny yellow flowers that blanket the dunes this time of year. They were there, alright, larger, smaller, as well as some tiny white ones on large shrubby bushes. The weather was cool and clear and windier than usual. I put in a couple of hours before my husband called to see if I could meet him for lunch. Beautiful day.
Soundside, 8"x10", Oil on canvas panel.
